A great substitute for traditional noodles, Konjac noodles lack a flavour of their own noodle so add the sauces or condiments you want them to take the flavour of. Use in Asian-inspired noodle dishes, cold salads or add some marinara or pesto and make your low-carb version of pasta! Shirataki Noodles, popularly known as Konjac Noodles or Miracle Noodles, are an extremely unique food variety that is very filling but has almost no calories! They are long, white & translucent noodles with a slightly chewy texture.
How to cook? Rinse the noodles very well for a few minutes under fresh water. Then heat the noodles in a skillet for several minutes with no added fat.
Shirataki noodles are about 97% water and 3% glucomannan fiber, making them low in calories with no digestible carbs! The soluble fiber in glucomannan helps you feel full and also regulates blood sugar levels, cholesterol and digestive health.
Traditionally consumed in Japan, China & Southeast Asia, these low-carb and grain-free noodles are made from glucomannan, a type of fiber that comes from the root of the Asian Konjac plant.
